Call me Dave…

I am a photographer. I like photography as a whole but the 2 main focuses for me are sports photography and waterfalls. There’s nothing related between the two except for the amount of passion that I have when doing either one. I enjoy shooting sports and find it quite challenging at times. There’s nothing quite like the rush I get while capturing action from the sidelines.

Waterfalls and Hiking

I really enjoy being outdoors on a hike with my wife. The two of us like to hike to waterfalls and have seen a bunch in the area. Our favorite place to visit is Brevard, North Carolina, which is known as the land of waterfalls. It really is. There’s around 100 or so that are documented inside Transylvania County and we have probably hiked to around 60 or more. Some are easy to get to and others require a bit of stamina. I’ve attempted to post images of most of them but there are a few that quite frankly don’t really photograph well, so I’ve left those out.
